Beckett Ridge Country Club
About
Beckett Ridge Golf Club was designed by Jack Kidwell, a well known name in Ohio golf. The course has a classic design that is inlaid with meandering streams that weave through stands of mature trees. The rolling landscape was deftly incorporated into the golf course. The layout offers a variety of holes ranging from long to short, tight to open. It is definitely a course that requires some strategy. One of the most memorable holes is the par-5 fifth. It measures 541 yards, but this downhill hole plays much shorter. There are out-of-bounds on either side and the tricky fairway slopes right to left but with some strategy and a little skill it is possible to make it home in two. Beckett Ridge is one of Southwest Ohio's best golf courses.

10th Hole at Beckett Ridge Photo submitted by Wahwah87 on 04/10/2013
Great Course, good things to come
So great to see this course come back. The fall of Beckett Ridge is well known, but course conditions are back to some of the best in the area. Fairways are trim and clean, tee boxes are nice, and greens are receptive yet fast and pure. Yes, cart paths are rough and the lack of clubhouse and range isn't great, but a new clubhouse is under way and no doubt the paths are high on the list for future improvements. Excited to see what the future holds (hopefully staying public for riff raff like me)
Great Course keeps getting better and better
Really enjoy this course. New ownership has been working the last couple of years to return this course to it's former glory and they are doing a great job. The price has creeped up as the improvements have been made, and the price accurately reflects the experience. Clubhouse is currently under construction so they are operating out of a mobile unit. Ranger is extremely active enforcing cart etiquette and pace of play. Would absolutely recommend this course.
Nice course, slow play
Heard course was in rough shape a few years ago but in good shape now, especially for public course. Only complaint was pace of play - 2.5 hours for 9 holes.
Great course love that it keeps improving
Course has improved a lot over the last couple of years and they seem committed to improving
no club house
The golf courses and greens are perfect, but there is no club house which is under the construction.
PD
New owners need to get busy getting the course updated
Better and better
I have been playing at Beckett Ridge since moving back to Cincinnati in 2020. Each time I come out the course is in better shape. I think the course is in the best condition that I can remember. The greens are in excellent shape. The fairways are immaculate. I will continue to come back and play at Beckett regularly.
